Let's overcome our fear

 

       

Fear is a feeling that always act as a wall between us and our progress in all dimensions . Having little bit fear is very important in life so that we don't stop working hard for your dreams by maintaining discipline. But if we allow this fear to own us then it will effect our health , peace of mind , concentration and growth very badly .

Few fears are inherited by us from our parents or other family members. But my dear readers there are many other fears in our mind that we encountered because of our bitter experience that life offered us and our failure , these fears was not there with us from our birth.   For example - Fear of being bitten by any animal or insect that makes you afraid , fear of height , fear of being left at  last in competition based on anything among your batchmates etc .   We need to deal with some fear in our life due to our  carelessness , procrastination , lack of preparation or any other bad habit that is harmful for us in one or the other way . 

So let me tell you about some ways which will be helpful to you in overcoming your fears gradually , becoming better you and fulfilling all your dreams and responsibilities that matters to you.😊😊 

  •  Accept yourself with your fear . Don't criticise yourself just because you have some fears. 
  • Determine to overcome your fear no matter how hard it seems initially . 
  •  My dear readers I believe that self encouragement plays very important role in this journey because every time our dear people won't be there behind us to motivate and encourage us . So I would suggest you to do positive self talk continuously in mind to increase your confidence, more on initial days when you feel that you need to push yourself hard to overcome your fear for your welfare.
  • Keep open mind in this journey. Taking others help to overcome our fear is never bad . We all need each other support to grow well. 
  • Don't be afraid to make mistakes in this journey. Learn from it and try your best not to repeat it again.
  • Practice more and more .  Encourage yourself to face your fear carefully and strongly more and more to overcome it . Maintain consistency in your practice.
  • Change your bad habits . Give time to yourself for it  because it's difficult to change habits in one day. Be good to yourself during your self improvement journey.😊 
  • When you are confused and you don't know how to deal with your particular fear that time don't lose hope . Instead of that pray to God to guide you then look around yourself to know from where you can get guidance. 
  • Do not compare yourself with others because of your minus point. Always compare yourself with you only.
