My 1st year college experience

          Fear is a feeling that always act as a wall between us and our progress in all dimensions . Having little bit fear is very important in life so that we don't stop working hard for your dreams by maintaining discipline. But if we allow this fear to own us then it will effect our health , peace of mind , concentration and growth very badly . Few fears are inherited by us from our parents or other family members. Our parent are beautiful blessings that lord has given to you and me .😊 They have always taken care of our basic needs , our proper growth in all dimensions , our small and big happiness and our problems as well . They know us better than we know about ourselves.   At times they need to become strict with us for our welfare . Few tips for maintaining peace of mind

  Peace , satisfaction and happiness are basic requirements of all species .We cannot purchase it by money always . Whenever our peace of mind is absent  , that time it become difficult for us to come out of trap of disappointment  . At times when our mood is off and peace of mind is absent due to some reason , we mistakenly express our irritation in unnecessary things to others which hurt them emotionally.  Peaceful and happy mind helps us to concentrate well and perform our task properly and systematically. It also help us to stay calm , alert and become better listener which is equally important as speaking and writing are important for effective communication .
